Prices include: all bed linen, duvets, towels, electricity, heating (hot water, gas central heating and solid fuel for the open fire). Laundry and drying facilities are also freely available.

A cot and high chair are available if required at no extra charge.

The only extra charge is for use of the Telephone.

The Weekly rate is from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights)

Short breaks - minimum of 3 nights (3 pm first day to 10 am last day). Each extra night is charged at the 'additional night' rate.

We regret that pets are not allowed. The house is non-smoking.
