3 bedrooms: 1 with King-size bed and colour TV; 1 with double bed; 1 with double sofa-bed. All with original beams.

Cot and high chair available at no extra cost.

Lounge/dining room with beams and open fire-place. Colour TV. Shelves and selection of books/maps and games for use of guests. Telephone.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with coffee maker, electric cooker, microwave, electric toaster, food processor, juice extractor, washer/drier, fridge and full range of cooking utensils. There is ample cupboard space in modern fitted units.
 

Bathroom, with original beams. 3-piece suite (bath with shower; basin and WC).

Bed linen, duvets and towels are supplied.

Gas central heating throughout with hot water on demand. Most windows are double-glazed.

Garden - detached from the house, 2 minutes walk away, via neighbour's garden.

Off-road parking for a maximum of 2 cars.
